Request Summary:

Serum samples, min. 1mL, analysed with any of the following ImmunoCAP tests: fx5 (food allergens), gx1 (grass pollen), mx2 (moulds), tx5 (tree pollen) or wx5 (weed pollen).

Samples need to be in different concentration categories: 85 samples <0.26 kUA/L (negative); 15 samples 0.26 -<0.35 kUA/L (negative); 15 samples 0.35 – 0.44 kUA/L (positive); 85 samples >=0,44 kU/L range (positive).

Samples must come from USA only

Storage Format: Fresh, Frozen

Number of Cases: 100 negative, 100 positive

Pro/Retrospective: pro and retrospective. Retrospective time limit of 1year old samples max.

Time Limits: 1,5 years

Inclusion Criteria:

all age ranges, both genders, from US patients only; standard of care testing; consent for the use of samples/general waiver. All samples should have kU/L-result available also (even it's qualitative assay).
