We are interested in acquiring high-resolution digital images from FFPE Tissues for developing and improving our AI-assisted image analyzing software platform.
We are interested in images from these whole-slide scanners (it is okay if you have one of them only):
1. Philips UFS, 40X objective
2. Leica Aperio GT450, 40X objective
3. 3DHistech Pannoramic 250 Filash III, 20X objective
4. Hamamatsu NanoZoomer S360, 40X
Tissue: Breast Cancer (Ductal carcinoma in situ and Lobular carcinoma in situ)
Harvest Type: Resection
Staining: H&E, Ki67, ER, PR, HER2
Clinical data (short and de-identified from any possible patient information): Diagnosis, histological features observed, staining intensity score (high, medium, low etc.), stage and grade of the disease, tissue thickness on the slide, age, gender and if available; ethnicity of the patient.
We are interested in particular antibody clones (you do not need to have all of them):
Ki67: 30-9 (Roche/Ventana), SP6 (Millipore/Sigma), MM1 (Leica BOND)
ER: 6F11 (abcam), SP1 (Roche/Ventana)
PR: 1E2 (Roche/Ventana), 16 (Novocastra)
HER2: CB11 (Leica BOND)
#Images: We want images from 1 slide per patient -> for example; 500 images means 500 different patients
H&E: approx. 500
Ki67: 500 – 1000
ER: 500 – 1000
PR: 500 – 1000
HER2: 500 – 1000
The use of images:
1. Product development: Including the creation, training, development, validation, and commercialization of our software products, platforms, and algorithms (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks);
2. Product demonstrations: To showcase the software solutions and AI applications to customers.
3. Marketing: For promotional activities (such as using the images in marketing collateral).
4. Publications: Such as books, posters and other academic or professional journals or other similar materials.
