HBV infected normal liver or HBV infected HCC tumour and matched normal adjacent tissue

Request Summary:

Sample sizes of approx. 500mg each either one or multiple samples acceptable

Ideally we would like to purchase blood product first to send for HLA typing and then purchase samples with correct HLA type

Sample Type: Frozen tissue with a blood product for HLA typing

Storage Format: Frozen

Number of Cases: 10 to 15 donors

Pro/Retrospective: Retrospective ideally, may consider prosepective dependent on geographical location of source

Time Limits: As soon as possible

Inclusion Criteria:

Caucasian adult (18-60)

Exclusion Criteria:

Ideally no concurrent cat 3 or systemic infection (ie sepsis etc)

Any available including information on measured levels of HBV if available
